Welcome to JuvoFleet. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the JuvoFleet mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”). Whether you are a User seeking a ride or a Rider offering services, by using our platform, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these Terms.


 

1. Nature of JuvoFleet’s Services

JuvoFleet is a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform designed to facilitate connections between Users and independent two-wheeler Riders. JuvoFleet provides the tools to enable:

  • Booking of rides by Users

  • Ride management and fare negotiation by Riders

  • Communication, subscription handling, and operational analytics

Important:

  • JuvoFleet does not operate any vehicles.

  • JuvoFleet does not employ Riders.

  • JuvoFleet is not responsible for the performance or conduct of any Rider or User.


2. Account Creation and Eligibility

To access the Platform, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age.

  • Provide accurate and truthful information during registration.

  • Maintain the security of your login credentials.

  • Use the platform only for lawful purposes.

Riders must:

  • Possess a valid two-wheeler driving license.

  • Own or operate a vehicle with current registration, insurance, and roadworthiness.

  • Abide by local traffic rules and transport laws.


3. Software Subscription and Fees (Riders Only)

JuvoFleet offers a subscription-based software service for Riders. This includes access to features such as:

  • Booking dashboard

  • Rider-user messaging system

  • Real-time ride requests and earnings overview

Subscription Terms:

  • Riders pay a daily, weekly, or monthly subscription fee.

  • Fees are displayed on the app prior to payment.

  • There are no commissions deducted from ride fares.

  • Subscription fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.

JuvoFleet reserves the right to modify subscription plans and pricing at any time, with prior notice.


4. Use of the Platform

By using JuvoFleet, you agree to:

  • Use the platform only for personal or commercial ride-related purposes.

  • Not impersonate any person or entity.

  • Not post, transmit, or share any misleading, illegal, or harmful content.

  • Not attempt to reverse-engineer, replicate, or exploit JuvoFleet’s software.

Riders agree to:

  • Fulfill ride requests promptly, safely, and respectfully.

  • Wear safety gear (helmets, etc.) and maintain their vehicle in a safe condition.

  • Treat Users with professionalism and courtesy.

Users agree to:

  • Respect Riders and avoid abusive language or behavior.

  • Provide accurate pick-up and drop-off information.

  • Pay agreed fares promptly via selected payment methods.


5. Pricing and Fare Structure

JuvoFleet uses a dynamic pricing model based on:

  • Base fare set by the platform

  • Optional user/rider negotiated fare within allowed limits (not lower than base fare, and not excessively higher)

Fares are shown to both Riders and Users before confirmation. JuvoFleet may suggest pricing but the final fare may be influenced by traffic, distance, and rider availability.

All payments are settled between Users and Riders. JuvoFleet does not guarantee or enforce payment collection unless integrated payment methods are used.


6. Service Limitations and Availability

  • JuvoFleet is not liable for ride cancellations, delays, or failures due to technical issues, user errors, traffic, or external circumstances.

  • Platform uptime may be affected by maintenance, software updates, or third-party dependencies.

  • JuvoFleet reserves the right to suspend access to any account in case of misconduct, breach of these Terms, or suspicious behavior.


7. Content Ownership and Rights

  • All content, trademarks, logos, and platform designs are the sole property of JuvoFleet.

  • Users and Riders are not allowed to copy, modify, or reuse platform content for commercial or competitive purposes without prior written consent.

  • Feedback, suggestions, or reviews submitted by users may be used for improvement and marketing.


8. Privacy and Data Use

JuvoFleet collects and processes certain data, including:

  • Account information

  • Ride history and preferences

  • Location data (for ride functionality)

  • Communication logs between Riders and Users

Data is used solely for service delivery, analytics, customer support, fraud prevention, and product improvement. JuvoFleet does not sell user or rider data to third parties.

9. Dispute Resolution

JuvoFleet is not responsible for:

  • Fare disputes between Riders and Users

  • Service quality disagreements

  • Lost property or miscommunication

However, we encourage users to report incidents via in-app support, and we may mediate when necessary to ensure platform integrity.


10. Suspension and Termination

JuvoFleet reserves the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate any account for violating these Terms or applicable laws

  • Investigate fraudulent behavior or policy breaches

  • Block access to features or services temporarily or permanently

Users and Riders may deactivate their accounts at any time through the app or by contacting support.


11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. If changes are significant, we will notify users via email or platform banners. Continued use of the platform after the changes become effective indicates your agreement.
